CALL OUT DETAIL

 

2 hour response: for urgent works 8am -5 pm.

 4 hour response: for calls logged by midday.

 Same day response: for calls placed by 10.00am.   

 1 day plus response: for routine maintenance works.

 Out Of Hours service, for works outside of normal trading hours, weekends or bank holidays.

 Planned and preventative maintenance works can be carried out at our standard rate to a fixed limit.

 Each service level is priced individually, the call-out cost includes the first hour on site, any additional labour is charged at an hourly rate, set limits can be applied.

 

AREAS COVERED

 We cover the North Wales area, typically the LL post code but taking in the neighbouring section of CH.

 Our standard rates apply to all towns in a twenty mile radius of our base near Llandudno, fixed travel costs apply to our extended area of cover.
